The site is a public reference tool. You may use it to research fares, read editorial content, and click out to partners. You may not scrape, copy, or republish content without written permission.

No agency relationship

Asprey Travel is not your agent. We do not enter into bookings on your behalf, do not hold inventory, and do not act as a fiduciary. Your only contractual counterparties for travel are the partner site and the carrier.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." Fares, schedules, and policy notes are reference material, not guarantees. We do not warrant that the site will be available at any given moment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asprey Travel is not liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, including missed connections, denied boarding, ticket changes, or refunds. Your remedy for any dispute concerning a booking lies with the partner or carrier.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in New York County, New York.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Jurisdiction for any matter not subject to arbitration lies in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version dated at the bottom of this page governs. Continued use after a change means you accept the change. Effective date: January 1, 2026.
